As part of this, House offers piece-of-mind product guarantees for online orders. They are as follows:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since order delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • If you change your mind or make an incorrect choice, we will give you a refund or etc (excluding postage costs) within 30 days of purchase for unused products (returned in its original packaging).
  • If your item arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
  • If your item develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your claim and offer a replacement, full refund, or other remedy where appropriate.


Step 1:

To return an item, simply email us to and explain the reason of why you are wanted to return. Please include your order number. If the item is arrived damage, please include the picture of damaged part as a proof of damaged.  Once we received your request email, one of our expert customer service consultants will be in touch within 24 hours!

Step 2:

Once the return has been approved by our Customer Service consultant, you will receive a shipping label to print of the label to be placed on the packaging of the return item. When sending the item back, please ensure the item is in the original re-sellable packaging.

Step 3:

Once the package is received, our team will assess the item and notify you of your refund or store credit.

All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment used when the item was purchased.
